“Lock, Stock & Travel” Competition

HOW TO ENTER

Purchase more than $1,000 worth of selected BOP20, Retracta or Lubemate products as a registered Macnaught account holder for your chance to win one (1) weekly prize each week over eight (8) weeks, as well as a trip for 2 to Fiji, with over $9,000 in prizes to be won.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18+ with a valid Macnaught customer account number, on behalf of their organisation. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences at 12:01AM on Monday 1^st July, 2019. Entries close at 11:59pm on Friday 23^rd August, 2019. No late entries will be accepted.
4. To take part in the competition, participants must satisfy the following:
5. a) Register their details at macnaughtmrc.com.au/promotions and include their valid customer account number, business, email address and phone number.
6. b) Eligible participants are required to purchase more than $1,000 worth of selected BOP20, Retracta or Lubemate products at any point during the competition.
7. Macnaught will record each valid purchase in their Pronto software program, allocating entries accordingly. Participants must hold on to their proof of purchase and present this upon being announced as a winner to be eligible.
8. Participants enter the competition on behalf of the registered account entity, as nominated by their customer account number. It is the entity that is valid to win prizes, not the individuals who register, and it is the entity’s responsibility to distribute prizes internally.
9. Each selected product purchased provides a number of entries into the corresponding weekly draw, as well as any future weekly draws AND the major prize draw. The breakdown of purchase weeks are as follows:

• Week 1: Monday 1^st July, 2019 to Friday 5^th July, 2019
• Week 2: Monday 8^th July, 2019 to Friday 12^th July, 2019
• Week 3: Monday 15^th July, 2019 to Friday 19^th July, 2019
• Week 4: Monday 22^nd July, 2019 to Friday 26^th July, 2019
• Week 5: Monday 29^th July, 2019 to Friday 2^nd August, 2019
• Week 6: Monday 5^th August, 2019 to Friday 9^th August, 2019
• Week 7: Monday 12^th August, 2019 to Friday 16^th August, 2019
• Week 8: Monday 19^th August, 2019 to Friday 23^rd August, 2019

8. Each product purchased will earn the entity a certain number of entries into the competition. The breakdown of these products and their entries are as follows:

• BOP20 Starter Kit BP20S-OLA – 10 Entries
• BOP20 Expansion Kit BP20X-OLA – 5 Entries
• BOP20 Powerhead BP20-PH – 10 Entries
• Any individual product from the Retracta R3 RACR range – 10 Entries
• Any individual product from the Retracta R3 Standard range – 7 Entries
• Any individual Lubemate product (Value greater than $200) – 8 Entries
• Any individual Lubemate product (Value between $51 and $200) – 4 Entries
• Any individual Lubemate product (Value less than $51) – 2 Entries

9. There will be one (1) weekly prize drawn each week over eight (8) weeks, as well as one (1) major prize draw, taken separately from, but on the same day as, the final weekly draw. The prizes are as follows:

• Grand Prize: Return flights for 2 to Nadi International Airport ($2,400) AND four (4) nights in 3-star Hotel ($800) (Value: $3,200) (No spending money is provided). Holiday can be taken at any point between Sunday 8^th September, 2019 and Sunday 15^th December, 2019.

10. All draws will be conducted by Database Consultants Australia at Level 5, 355 Spencer Street, West Melbourne, VIC 3003 on the following Tuesday of each week at 10am (e.g. purchases made between Monday 1^st July, 2019 and Friday 5^th July, 2019 will provide entries into the weekly draw taken on Tuesday 9^th July, 2019). Entries will be randomly drawn at Database Consultants Australia by certified electronic gaming software to randomly generate and determine a winner. Draw dates and times are as follows:

• Week 1: 10am, Tuesday 9^th July, 2019
• Week 2: 10am, Tuesday 16^th July, 2019
• Week 3: 10am, Tuesday 23^rd July, 2019
• Week 4: 10am, Tuesday 30^th July, 2019
• Week 5: 10am, Tuesday 6^th August, 2019
• Week 6: 10am, Tuesday 13^th August, 2019
• Week 7: 10am, Tuesday 20^th August, 2019
• Week 8: 10.15am, Tuesday 27^th August, 2019
• Grand Prize: 10am, Tuesday 27^th August, 2019

11. Eligible entries will be valid from date of purchase through until the end of the promotion (e.g. purchases made between Monday 1^st July, 2019 and Friday 5^th July, 2019 will provide entries into the weekly draw taken on Tuesday 9^th July, 2019, and each following Tuesday, as well as the grand prize draw taken on Tuesday 27^th August, 2019).
12. Winners will be announced on the Wednesday following each week by an electronic database marketing message sent via email, and confirmed directing in writing via email (g. the winner of the weekly draw taken on Tuesday 9^th July, 2019 will be announced on Wednesday 10^th July, 2019). Each announcement date is as follows:

• Week 1: 10am, Wednesday 10^th July, 2019
• Week 2: 10am, Wednesday 17^th July, 2019
• Week 3: 10am, Wednesday 24^th July, 2019
• Week 4: 10am, Wednesday 31^st July, 2019
• Week 5: 10am, Wednesday 7^th August, 2019
• Week 6: 10am, Wednesday 14^th August, 2019
• Week 7: 10am, Wednesday 21^st August, 2019
• Week 8: 10am, Wednesday 28^th August, 2019
• Grand Prize: 10am, Wednesday 28^th August, 2019

13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Each prize will be sent to provided address of the winning entity.
17. In the event of any prizes not being claimed, that being a prize winner cannot be contacted within 2 months of the final prize draw on the contact email address listed on their entry form, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday 30^th October, 2019 at 10am at the Database Consultants Australia Offices, subject to relevant state regulations. Winners drawn will be notified in writing via email on the same day (Wednesday 30^th October, 2019).
18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names, addresses and answers may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
19. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
20. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s) (subject to state regulations). Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion, the Promoter will:

(i)  advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice on their Facebook page and website

(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and

(iii)            not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
